Core Sweater
CORE SWEATER
Core Sweater is a simple, lightweight sweater with a high neckline and an oversized fit. The combination of cashmere, merino and silk creates a soft, warm fabric with a relaxed drape, making the sweater comfortable to wear indoors as well as under outerwear.
The sweater is worked from the top down in stockinette stitch. The yoke is first worked back and forth to shape the neckline, then joined and worked in the round with raglan increases. The body and sleeves are finished with wide edges in double rib. Finally, stitches are picked up around the neckline, and the high neck is worked on smaller needles to create a firm, upright shape.
SIZES
XS (S) M (L) XL
The sizes are designed to fit a bust measurement of:
XS: 78–84 cm
S: 85–91 cm
M: 92–101 cm
L: 102–111 cm
XL: 112–122 cm
Measure around the widest part of your upper body before choosing your size. The Core Sweater is designed with approximately 12–24 cm of positive ease, depending on the chosen size.
For example, if your bust measurement is 88 cm, you should knit size S. Size S has a finished bust circumference of 106 cm, giving you 18 cm of positive ease.
If you prefer a more or less oversized fit, you may choose a larger or smaller size.
The model is wearing size S with a bust measurement of 84 cm.
